1. Digital 3D Scan of Your Smile and Bite
We begin with an advanced 3D scan to capture your teeth and bite accurately. This technology helps us understand the nuances of your smile and ensures that any adjustments will complement your natural anatomy.
2. Smile Design & Diagnostic Wax-Up
Next, Dr. Rangel works with our lab to create a diagnostic wax-up. This step simulates the final outcome, allowing you to preview your future smile before any permanent changes are made. It’s a crucial step to ensure your veneers look and feel exactly how you want.
3. Smile Try-In
With a temporary mock-up or “try-in,” you can see and feel how your new smile will look. Any necessary adjustments to shape, length, or color can be made at this stage. This helps avoid surprises and ensures you’re fully satisfied with the final design.
4. Tooth Preparation & Digital Scan
Once you approve your smile design, Dr. Rangel minimally prepares your teeth for the veneers. Another digital scan is taken of the prepped teeth to fabricate your custom porcelain veneers. Our focus is on preserving as much enamel as possible to maintain tooth strength and reduce the risk of sensitivity.
5. Fabrication & Cementation
Your final veneers are crafted based on the precise 3D scan. When ready, they’re cemented onto your teeth with extreme precision. The result: a natural, beautifully aligned smile that boosts your confidence and preserves your oral health.
